Step 1. Data & AI assessment

First, we perform a Data & AI maturity scan to assess the current Data & AI state in the organization. We examine several areas related to Data & AI processes, people and technology. Furthermore, we formulate the desired Data & AI state based on the business strategy and other functional needs (e.g. marketing, finance, operations)

Step 2. Data & AI strategy co-creation

In a series of workshops, we co-create the path from the current state to the desired state - the Data & AI strategy.
